I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. IN MARCH OF 2001 I RECIEVED A LETTER STATING THAT THEY SHOWED NO RECORD OF OUR INSURANCE. I PROMPTLY FAXED THIS TO THEM IN APRIL AND MAY I RECIEVED THE SAME LETTER STATING THEY WERE GOING TO PUT THE MANDATORY INSURANCE ON MY ACCOUNT I CALLED RESENT MY INSURANCE AND GAVE THEM ALL OF THE INFORMATION.

IN JULY OR 2001 WE TRADED OUR TRUCK IN ON ANOTHER VEHICLE TWO DAYS AFTER TRADING IT IN WE RECIEVED A CALL STATING THAT THE PAYOFF HAD CHANGED AND THAT I HAD TO COME UP WITH ANOUTHER $450.00 DUE TO INSURANCE CHARGES THAT WERE APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT.

I AGAIN CALLED WFS AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND I CALLED EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR FOR FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT, SPOKE WITH NUMEROUS SUPERVISORS WHO ENFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE TWO TO THREE DAYS TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT. I E-MAILED EVERY MAJOR PERSON I COULD FIND AT THE COMPANY AND STILL COULD NOT GET THE SITUATION TAKEN CARE OF, EVENTUALLY I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERNCE SO THAT MY TITLE COULD BE RELEASED.

I REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE FTC. REQUESTING THAT I BE REFUNDED NOT ONLY THE THE INSURANCE FEE BUT ALSO THE INTEREST THAT ACCUMULATED ON MY LOAN AND REIMBURSMENT AT $10.00 PER HOUR THAT I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS AND I DID FINALLY RECIEVE A REFUND CHECK FOR $450 FOR THE INSURANCE.

IN ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS THERE WAS APPARENTLY NO ONE AT WFS THAT COULD HELP ME WITH MY SITUATION...NONE OF THEIR BIG WIGS RESPONDED TO MY E-MAILS AND EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM AT LAST CONVERSATION THAT IF THE SITUATION WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF WITHING 48 HOURS I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND PERHAPS CONTACT AN ATTORNEY AND FILE SUIT I WAS IGNORED.

NOT EVERYONE AT WFS WAS BAD TO DEAL WITH SOME OF THE REPS WERE QUITE NICE AND DID TRY (OR AT LEAST ACT LIKE THEY WERE) TO HELP ME OUT BUT QUITE A FEW OF THEM WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND ACTED AS IF THIS WAS MY FAULT AND NOT THEIRS, THEY HAD NO QUALMS ABOUT LETTING ME KNOW I WAS ONE OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS AND I WAS NO MORE OR LESS IMPORTANT THAN ANYONE ELSE. OR I RECIEVED BS STORIES FROM SUPERVISORS ABOUT CHANGING INSURANCE COMPANIES ETC, ETC... SEEMS THAT WHO I HAD MY INSURANCE WITH WAS ALSO THE INSURANCE CO FOR WFS UNTILL JUNE WHEN THEY HIRED A NEW COMPANY...SO WHY DID THEY NOT HAVE MY INFORMATION AFTER ALL OF THAT.

I THINK A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD BE BROUGHT AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIONS!!!!!!
