Lies, Cheats and Scandals... If the Box let me put more, Id fill up the entire page with wonderful descriptive words about how this company works.

I was with Westward for Quite some Time.. I made it to Leadership and was one of the top performing leaders in the Office. I loved the job. I made great money, made some great friends, both coworkers, and customers, and learned a lot. But suddenly things started to change as new things became evident to me.

The first thing happened when I was in my second territory.. 3 out of every 5 Businesses I went to, no joke, told me the last representitive that went through Screwed them over. They said that He told them the only way to get an estimate on the price of the lines was to fill out all the paperwork, sign the bottom, and do the verification call. ATT would then call them with an estimate and ask if they wanted to switch. About three weeks later, ATT did infact call, but to ask them how they liked the service.

They all told me the exact same story. I asked them all what month the person had come in, and they all told me January. So I went into the office, and took out the territory card box. If I didnt know where it was I promise you no one in the office would have told me. So I flip through the cards, double check that is, in fact my territory, and I find that the last person in the territory, was in January, and was none other than Walter... Yes the same Walter that Now has his own office in Mesa.

Apparantly Cheating is the only way to get to own your own office. But the Cheating and Lies didn't stop there...

Im sure you've all read about the FAC charge.. What you may not know is that We were told by Ryan, Justin, all the top guys that the FAC is KEY into helping someone out. Because it was so much lower than QWest's, we were able to save every business money, regardless of what kind of lines they had.

Now that we find out that the FAC is a lot higher than what we had been quoting, Many businesses are paying MORE than what they were with Qwest... I helped out Churches, Mosques, Temples, Non-profit organizations, Even Goodwill with their phone lines, and now I find out that I have caused them all to lose money because of what I had been told.

Worse though, When Ryan brought it up to the office, one of my good Friends asked him what they should do now that they cant save money due to the FAC. Ryan said, "If youve been using the FAC to sell, you're not a very good salesperson" What the hell is that.. All along youve told us we are not salespeople, and then you tell someone they arent good enough? Half the office quit, the other half that are still there are the ones who enjoy lying to earn a buck....

Yet another lie, The Gift Card.. The offer on our rate cards say the offer expires at the end of July.. Ryan and Justin told us the promotion was extended until the end of september, but no new rate cards would be issued. I have come to find out that every business I helped out after July 31st Did not recieve their gift card, and ATT would not send them one despite what they were told.

Someone on here had posted that Ryan is such a great person who gives his team the credit for being the number one office, and not take it for himself.. Well no s**t man! Guess who makes the money for the office. Guess who makes all the sales for the office that gets us to the number one spot... WE DO.. All Ryan does is sit behind his desk talking to people about who they can screw over next.

I had a Trainee who was going through some Family problems.. Ryan told him to take care of his family and then come back to work. He failed to mention to him that once he did that, Ryan would Fire him. The guys Daughter Died for God's Sake. He left, and three days later he was fired.

There was also A Road Trip to Seattle... The guys who went were told by Brad Park, One of the highest ranking Guys in Cydcor, TO LIE to customers there to get the sale. Upon return from the roadtrip with practically no money, most on the roadtrip quit.

I could go on and on with different things. The fact is, Westward is all about covering up all the things they do. You arent allowed to say anything negative in the office because it will bring other people down.. thats what we are told.. or could it be so that the FAC fact didnt leak out on accident.. Apparantly Many in the office knew of the FAC, and didnt do anything about it.

Then of course, theres Justin... Just when I thought there could be no more lies, he comes into the picture. Justin Told us to sign up DSL lines when we were told not to by others. He Would go through peoples apps to find out whos got rejected. If it was a fixable error, instead of telling the person, Justin would go to the business and resign them up, taking the money that came with it. He preaches about team work, when all he really cares for is himself. I hope he fails at Westward. Hes already failed in life...

Many good decent people have been hired by this company thinking they were doing a service for people by saving them money. Now my reputation, as well as others who worked there have been ruined. Ive had to call the Businesses i made good relationships with to apologize.

Westward has no right to post the BBB sticker on their front window. They have no right to be allowed to function in Arizona, nor Should Cydcor be allowed to fuction.

I do however, ask you to go to Monster.com... Look for westward innovation's 30 or so job listings and read a few of them.. Notice how the contact name is different on each one.. Now I was told that they do this so they can track which job listing site works best, but that doesnt explain why Monster has different ones.. Its just the small things like this that make you wonder...

I recommend you dont go into an interview... You will do nothing but put on unnessesary miles on your car (4000 in 2 months), cheat and lie to people, and be in arizona's most discreet Cult. Peace and Love..

I worked for a branch of Cydcor called Milton Marketing which was located in Sacramento. I worked there for almost a year. I was into the company and thought it was a great way to learn, develop, and grow as a person starting into an entry-level position. The things I found out about Milton Marketing and many other branches of Cydcor (i.e. Westward Innovations, Madison Marketing etc.) I wish I never knew because it questioned my integrity, morality, image, and beliefs to make an honest living. I worked for this company under an owner named Russ. He and all other owners, VP's, and upper management told us how hard work and the drive for success would get you to "where you needed to be." I guess that meant rich or something. Let me reveal a few facts that most employees do not find out until its to late. 1)Owners do not make the promised salary of xxx,xxx dollars. They make money off of each telephone line service that is switched. 2) Owners have to pay tons of money for advertising, rent, bills. Which is understandable when you own a business but it usually neutralizes most of the profit. 3) I don't know if you heard that when you become assistant manager you make a whole bunch of money and you get ten thousand dollars put into an account that your pyramid people made for you. In actuallity you don't have the rights to that money at all. It is another lie to get you to stay around. And most people who got that far feel well "I got this far why quit now" so they do nothing about it. 4) Every friend I have whose parents own a business we switched their phone lines and thinking I was doing them a favor we were really screwing them over. If their lines even worked they came out to being more expensive then the old plan they had. if AT&T wants some quality control they should go to these offices and break down every charge to the last penny to find an exact accurate quote. 5) THERE IS NO MEDICAL INSURANCE AT ALL!!! 6) And how about the "Its tax deductable" line. Some of it is however you don't even come close to what you spent to what is returned. I had a very accurate mileage log on all my work related driving and it was hardly worth it. 7) Don't forget to pay for the interviews lunch and give him/her applications(your money) because that is how you invest in your people and bribe them to stay around. Well what about us. We need to live. Pay our bills and it is hard to do that unless you go around the field and lie to customers and I would rather not sell than go to hell. Honestly I could write for hours and I jsut get mader and mader when I am doing this so I will leave you with something. Do all you can to promote people away from this company. Cydcor has to many lawyers, to many loop holes in the system. We have to stop them and put an end to the antichrist. Go to the "ralley's" and send out flyers do anything. This company most go down. If anyone knows how to design a web page to get people together to do something than please do it would be much appreciated.
