Westlake Fincial They are ruining my criedt Los Angeles California
Westlake Financial in LA, California has been doing NOTHING, but causing me headach after headach when it comes to there customer service and bill paying. I'm sending this while i am in a military school (for training) and i set my account up to have the payments be drafted from my checking account and gave them my cell phone number before i left eight weeks ago. They have never called me and now they are hounding my family to find me for back payments.
This is the secound time this has been done to me, the first time my carn was just about to be repoed and i fear that i am going down the same road with the yet again. EVERYTIME i have called them they have said my information is in the system then a week or so later someone calls and says nothing is in the system.

I would suggest to anyone entering into any financial commitment is to check this site out first . If the company have managed to get on here, there must be good reason. West Lake Financial clearly are out to prey on those with poor or no credit. They know that no-one else will finance and so can afford to have extremely bad customer service and force entrapment of further debt upon their customers. Now since your credit is so bad they can now make it worse, and so it comes full circle and you have no option but to use companies like this. Another avenue is to report to the F.T.C online who monitor various underhanded financial dealers, I doubt that West Lake Financial would appreciate being highlighted in their site as an addition to this one. The more that people write to expose this type of business, the more chance there is of exposing and highlighting their underhanded methods which eventualy will catch up with them. Really, who would ever contemplate using this company ?
