This has been a nightmare for me and my wife. First we was not even notifed about Truck Payment being unauthorized access to our account. We never gave permission for a transaction to be done. Then we our notified by the bank that we are overdrawn.  There was no possible way. Our insurance and rent was all returned with nsf.and charges on nsf service fees. Ontop of this we lost our insurance and our bank account. With all the charges that Westlake Financial services they total up to about almost $2,000 as of now. Me and my wife tried to resolve this matter, of course then they have and are trying to take our Truck. Please helpus in this situation, desperately trying hard to understand and keep what is rightful ours. Seeking a resolution to the problem in Seguin, Texas.

That is not your truck that is the lender's truck. #2 how did they get your banking information? #3 what is the reason you are buying a truck for anyway?? I have a truck that is 14 years old and I use that to pull a gooseneck horse trailer.  Seems like you and your wife are way over your head with finances so I am just guestimating that you do not reconcile your monthly bank statement, use your debit card without keeping an accurate register and now you are cash poor. So you blame someone else for your problems instead of blaming yourself.

Ken

Colorado,
How did they get your debit card information to make the "unauthorized charges?"

I would bet, you'll find something in your contract with them that allowed this.  If it's not there, report them to your states attorney general for fraud and theft.  How was your truck "repressed?"  Usually they just repossess.

Sounds like you were a "little late" with your payment(s).

"..desperately trying hard to understand and keep what is rightful ours.."

You are SO wrong, the truck is THEIRS until fully paid for.
