my car was repoed I have been working with the finance co. to get it back, they called me last week and said if I can pay 322.51 and the storage fee I will get my car back and they will lower my payments to 156.00, I paid the 322.51 and the storage fee, and now they say I have to pay another 350.00. I have been trying to work this out with them all day, with them telling me the whole time they are trying to help me, now instead of wanting 350.00 more, they want 700.00!!! I have asked them to put it the end of the loan as agreed, the refuse, I ask them to split it between the first 2 payments, they refuse, I ask them to make a seperate loan for a couple of months, they refuse, also now they say they are not going to lower my payments. What if anything can I do??? This is clearly not right.
