I stayed at the Westgate Resort using a package for $224 for 4 days and 3 nights, as a condition of the stay, I had to attend a 90 minute presentation the day before check out. I went to the presentation registration 20 minutes before it started. I then waited in the lobby for 1 hr and 15 minutes for someone to call me back to start the presentation. When I went back to the registration desk to find out about the extremely long wait time, Barshard walked up to me, he introduced himself as a manager and asked how long I had been waiting, I said over an hour, he said, you can be excused from your tour. At that point we walked to the customer service desk, where Yvette, dismissed Barshard, and told me my credit card would be charged because I was late for my tour. I explained, I was 20 minutes early and that Barshard said I was excused because I waited for over 1 hour for a tour. My credit card was charged for $327, and all discounts for my vacation package was cancelled. When I called the corportate office, I was told I couldn't reschedule my tour and my money could not be refunded.

I was contacted by CFI Resorts of Florida, the management of Westgate Resorts. They have provided me with a $200 credit regarding my initial ripped off report. Thanks
