west coast towing Rob the supervisor and the Cartel driver Rude and obnoxious Fresno CA California
This company came to tow my moms car from the complex. When he was on the street, we were getting the keys to move the car, the gangster driver looking like a mexican mafia goon, rushed into the parking lot, almost hitting me with the tow bar he lowered as I was standing in back of the car waiting for moms to dig her keys out of her purse. I had to phyiscally jump over the bar as he backed it up to the cars tires. We then found the keys, but it was too late, he quickly elevated the rear of the car. I said, what a low blow, you saw we were getting the keys, and you RACED to put the car on the truck, what now sir?
The rude driver said it would be $100 to take the car off the truck now, we said fine, we'll pay it. So my mom had to walk to 7'11' to use the ATM, while she was walking he continued to hook up the car, VERY FAST, she couldn't get to the store fast enough, luckily our other family member was there and had the $100 in cash. The driver dropped the car, refused to give me his name, and accepted the fact he was a GODLESS man. We then called the tow company immediately to complain of the drivers sheer rudness. The supervisor named Rob made up a million excuses as to why his driver did nothing wrong, and they'e NOT trained to be courteous, since they are REPO drivers. I came to the conclusion that Rob, was not a human being.
I see a lot of other complaints about this company on several websites. Not sure if my one more complaint will make a difference, but please understand that the more this goes on, someone is going to flip their lid, and that could be tragic for Rob and his band of thieves. I anticipate your Karma, remember it comes in many forms, and may not affect you directly, but perhaps a loved one, try to find your souls, for you all are very empty shells.
