If you get on this assholes bad side he will use his authority to screw with your whole family. He is an abusive jerk that abuses his authority. He is very hostile and has threatend to use force when not needed. Hoyt is very one sided and will treat some people better than others. If you cause friction with him he will in turn make your life miserable.

What is wrong with you people that live in this town? Trailor Trash in my area do not act like you people. You people sound lazy,jobless,uneducated,and any other bad word out thier! To tell you the truth I think you all should be shot. You are worthless people. The scum of the earth. Billy you say if thier was an investigation into your corrupted town it would lead to chaos? Dont you think the town is in chaos? How would an investigation create more? It would clean the town up a little. You people are sad.

this pri*k once handcuffed my brother and pushed him around in the interogation room after he turned the camera off. if that ever happened to me id sue so quick that he'd never work in any form of police duty ever again. tupper lake doesnt need the rest of the states scumbags and failures we all ready have enough of our own! this town is so incredible corrupt that if any real investigation was to ever happen the town would be in chaos becuase there would be no local government left.

Just dropped in for a laugh, I always enjoy reading these things. My question of the day is: "Taxpayer" if you even are a taxpayer and not some Tupper Lake welfare junkie, what exactly is your point? Hoyt is a "bulldog" as far as policework goes and he WILL pull over your grandma if she's going too slow or your 16-year old if he or she is going to fast. ...and if you act like a jackass to him or any of the other cops, they will most likely always give it back three fold. I would too I suppose, it must get tiring getting $hit from all those toothless folks. Anywho, just wanted to write a lil somethin' somethin' in favor of my men of the law! Keep on keepin on Hoyt! Pull them old ladies over and write em' for drivin so dang slow!
