I woeked for this company for 3months and was continuosly given faulty equipment and told on numerous occasions to not report the equipment and i was sent to docks that did not have the realestate for a 53 foot trailer and a long nosed Pete. on 1 occasion i was at fault for scratching  a corner of a trailer it was purely cosmetic and i personally paid for the repair which was 60$ the other 2 insidents that were "preventable" were not and i have whitnesses as well as photos to prove they were not preventable. incident 2 reported is the following this was a realestate issue the trailer bent the rear uppur ferring on the tractor there is no way that it was "preventable"  incident 3 in the middle of a tremendous storm i opened the doors to the trailer and the door swung open and fell to the ground the hindges were welded you do not weld hindges and there is no way i could have prevented the door falling off so werener reports on my DAC that i had 3 preventable accidents but this iss after i called them to task by reporting i hit a car

All Three Were CLEARLY PREVENTABLE!

You bent the fairing because you turned too tightly during docking. That's very obvious! You should have set up properly and took as much time as you needed to dock safely. The trailer damage you caused also could of been prevented if you would have again, set up properly before the maneuver. You say the door swung wide. What does that mean? Does it mean you failed to properly secure it to the side of the trailer before moving? Since all three PREVENTABLE incidents were during backing and docking, you have limited experience. You need more practice and instruction in that area. They were proper in charging you with three preventables. Let me save you some effort. Don't bother writing back claiming, "you must work for them" or I've never been in a truck. You'd be wrong on both counts.
