I had complained that the job verfication form was false and preventing me from getting a job.And so now, those items have been put on my dac. Which is for sure going to prevent me from driving again.
At least use true decriptions and not the canned, colorful, and false discriptions that you are currently using.
I am a good driver and have not been treated fairly.

I got the ticket because the driver that crashed the car was trying to say that I didn't stop at a stop sign but the girl who got hit said she saw me stopped. After it went to court that charge was thrown out and it did not go on my mvr. I only mentioned the incident in my complaint because everything was fine for me on the road for the last 7 months before the incident then when I got that citation I got terminated so it is the reason why, but was pending and I shouldn't have lost my job. They should have waited and made a decision after it went to court.

When I first started driving, I was told never to witness anything, I asked why but did not recieve an answer. Now I know the answer.

Just doesn't make sense to get a ticket for being a witness. You had to have been involved in some way to get a ticket. There is obviously more to the story here.
