Hello! This is not a complaint but a posting for anyone out there who feels they've been ripped off by a professional wedding videographer. Did your video person ruin an important part of your wedding memorabilia by providing shoddy service (out-of-focus shots , bad audio, general lack of ability to handle a camera, etc??)

(I am researching this wide-spread problem for a national TV news show and would appreciate hearing your horror story! )
