This company did not deliver on their service despite stealing $59.95 from me. They gave me the runaround when it came to installing this software. I installed it and used the proper login and it never worked. They gave me an excuse and then decided to subscribe and it still didn't work. I requested a refund and they said "per their terms", they cannot give me the refund. I have never used this software/app, it didn't work from their end and yet they won't refund my money.
