To Whom It May Concern. After I finish writing this I will copy/paste the message to the BBB, Rip Off Report, Consumer Affairs, et al.
Please be advised that MY url the puppydoefoundation.org was purchased for the purpose of establishing a not for profit. A logo has been designed around the name and costly corporate papers filed.
I was first told puppydoefoundation.org was bounced back to ICAN and that I would need to pay $150 to get it back. I am now being told it is up for auction. I have also been advised that sunnysidedogwalking.com and holisticdogtrainer.com is back with ICAN.
You somehow in the past using the same unscrupulous methods got queensdogtraining.com from me.
Your unscrupulous methods are this - 1) your 28 day billing cycle so no one knows when and for how much they will be billed. 2) only 3 domain names are allowed in an account at one time so there is not the convenience of keeping track of domain names under one account 3) requiring extensive paper work and filing of papers and forms in an impossible to follow format to get more than 3 domain names in one account even though its the same person. 4) instructing staff to write in history bogus claims about advising you to call and pay on a certain day when they convey completely different information.
You STOLE puppydoe.org (it is now owned by someone on your staff). You now stole puppydoefoundation.org. I WANT IT BACK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both domains are registered to your name now, who stole them from you?
Your domain expired in September 2015, you were notified by e-mail several times 2 months before, when a preventive Safe Renewal process was triggered 3 times before the due in a 5 days breachbetween each try your credit card in the wallet items returned Insufficient Founds, 45 days after the domain expired it was deleted and brought to monetization, you could have paid de reinstatement fee, but you preferred to lose the domain for a couple of months. Why do you lie?
