There is a lot to read about WB21 as a innovative Bank. Fast and Easy transfer money, the possibility to fund an Account with crypto currencys etc...
But at the end of the day, there is nothing like it shows on there Webpage. We have an Account on WB21 since October 2017. The first small transactions are delivered, so we plan to use this bank as well for higher amounts. End of December 2017 we hold arround 225.000 USD on our Account, and we want to transfer the money to our clients. We did 4 Transactions with a total value of 223.000 USD. They charged as well a fee of 1% for ultra fast transactions, so we payed over 2200 USD for the fast Transaction-Service. On the 8th of Febuary the smalest transaction with an amount of 40.000 USD - (1 month later !!!) - arrived. Now is the 23th of April and the rest (183.000 USD) is still not transfered. The support of the bank is worthless, the send just basic excuses since now over 4 months, and nobody can give a valid and helpful answer. Stay away from this scammers, specially the owner and director Michael Gastauer (german) is known as a fraudulent person.
We will edit this post, when the missing money arrives in our clients account.
