Unfortunately we have to post this and its even more unfair that it's more than likely happening to more people within the Redondo Beach or South Bay area in Los Angeles. Wayne Craig has continuously practiced unfair racial and discriminatory business methods against people who either have attempted to live in the South Bay or currently reside there. We attempted to purchase a home in the South Bay and found him as our agent.

We soon found out he was not introduced in working with us and would suggest areas we did not want to live in. Since we are a successsful African-American family, he definitely did not want us living in certain neighborhoods in Redondo.

As a business owner, and successful, it was highly disappointing. He continued to try to "guide" us in areas of the South Bay that we did not want to live in. He would always downplay areas that are predominantly Caucasian and send us listings in other areas of the South Bay with a higher minority population. As buyers its about what we are looking for, not where he was trying to guide us. He would also make snide remarks regarding African-Americans and he would think we wouldn't catch his signals. We just decided not to work with him and move to Long Beach which is a more inclusive area.

We should've researched him more and used our network. We found out that he has been involved in several frivolous lawsuits, sued for more than $250,000 and lost, and used discriminatory practices against businesses and cities in the South Bay. He tries to call himself a "political activist" but he is just spreading discrimination. He aligns himself with causes to keep minorities and women from being involved from El Segundo to Torrance under the veil of "Saving The Waterfront" with Bruce Szeles. That is incorrect. He wants "his people" to live in the area and nobody else. It was a horrible experience for us. It also has to be a horrible experience for others in the South Bay. Never do business of any kind with Wayne Craig.
