Complaint Review: WAXWERKS - Indianapolis indiana

The owner Ray Demaree has renege on a verbal promise to make things right.  After 2 years you would think that this business owner would do the right thing. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general office to investigate.  In Good Faith I have asked Ray Demaree and Acima to null and void the Acima account that was fraudulently open in my, but now it shows on my Credit report. I am gathing information from previouse employees to go after Ray Demaree and Waxwerks Audio + to file a Class Action Civil Suit. He has failed in all aspect in doing the right thing. I have actually put this past me, but once I learned that they put this on my credit report, I have now pursude legal counsel to file a $1,000,000 fradulent lawsuit for bad business practices that allowed a known felon handle fiducary duties. 

Due to the fact that he knows the truth, the Owner Ray Demaree is stating sexual harassment. Please see my response I rebuttled on GOOGLE.

"Whomever is responding to these Google Responses regarding WaxWerks  & Audio +, these false, fabricated and fictional claims of sexual harassment is a joke. Please come up with something better than that. But I guess that If you don't have anything to fight back with, I guess this is the best you can do. I warrant any legal remedies you may pursue including defamation as you say , LOL  so it can bring out all the dirty laundry that was gong on at Waxwerks in 2018-2019 and all the employees that were not paid for their work.

As you can see,  your threating tactics does not work on me, but don't worry I am gathering everything from Day 1. Written letters from previous employees that worked there that were not paid and all the police runs into the shop where employees had to call them in order to get their pay checks owed to them. Please do any legal recourse you feel is necessary. I'm sure it will expose Waxwerks for the crappy business it is. Also, any intelligent person can search up reviews for your business and see that there is a consistent pattern as to why your business fails its customers. Also, they can read YOUR responses to the poor reviews here and see that you are an unstable angry person. My review is out of my personal experiences working for Waxwerks. There is no made up accusations here."

WAXWERKS had a Manager named TIM LUTHER who was opening up fraudulent ACIMA accounts, and opened up a fraudulent account in my name and made fake invoices for products that I never purchased or used. The owner RAY DEMAREE who admits that his account WAXWERKS did receive the money. I also notified ACIMA area Sales Manager JOSEPH STEPKE to advise him of the Ponzi scheme that TIM LUTHER was doing with people who applied for the ACIMA CREDIT by inflating the prices and providing false down payment amounts that was never done and he never responded.

TIM LUTHER who is now in FEDERAL PRISON for his illegal activity, my issue was put on DEAF'S EAR. Now in 2020 I just reviewed my credit report and noticed ACIMA has listed a DEBT CHARGE OFF over $6400.00 for product they state I received from WAXWERKS and the contract that I asked them to send me is not my signature. I am going to seek the assistance of Major corporation and sports team to see if the can assist me with legal fees to sue for financial hardship and financial fraud.

Anyone who reads this, any ex-employee who was also cheated and still owed money for services please contact me with your name and number and statement of account as I am gathering information to forward to the ATTORNEY GENERAL and the GOVERNOR OF INDIANA MR. ERIC HOLCOMB for assistance and to advise the steps to start this proceeding of a CLASS-ACTION lawsuit against RAY DEMAREE and WAXWERKS and ACIMA.    

Hello everyone, I am doing a fundraiser to help out a friend of mine who was a former employee of WAXWERKS know as Indy in Castleton, Indiana. He was conned into leaving his previous job to come and work there full time as a Car Audio Manager / Lead installer and even promised him his own shop next to Ziebart behind Castleton Square Mall.  

Once he found out that the Managers Tim Luther and accounting person Princy Hart were running a Ponzi scheme, they retaliated against him, and  Waxwerks has refused to pay him for wages owed and to honor a fraudulent check they wrote him for  $3000.00,  which the owner RAY DEMEREE was aware of and has refused to in “GOOD FAITH” compensate former employee (Charles) for the financial harm that has been caused to him by TIM LUTHER and PRINCY HART,  because RAY DEMAREE hired them to work in his place of business.

Former employee is now on the verge of losing his home because of this. Everyone has refused to help him.  He filed a police report, went to the Hamilton Country Prosecutors office & check division, Marion County Prosecutors office and the Attorney General and they all have refused to help him. I know its Christmas time and money is of the essence, but how can we allow this to happen to a person who is in the mist of losing everything he was worked for who is the innocent victim with no one willing to help. 

Please go out and read the reviews on RIP-OFF REPORT.COM AND GOOGLE REVIEWS on this company.  I ask any and all if you have $1.00 to spare or whatever, it will come a time to where it will Pay it Forward to the next person.

PLEASE READ!!!!!

Attention past and potential new customers. Waxwerks & Audio+ did not relocate for a better location or because there was any issues with the previous building as they are telling customers when they call. They were ordered to vacate the building for non payment of utilities and the overhead to use the building.

The previous owner signed over the business to Princy Hart with the hopes that she would continue to run the business as a somewhat reliable and honest place to take your car for detail/tint and audio needs. As some customers may know, there is a person there named Tim Luther that misleads customers into thinking that he is the co-owner and/or manager of the business.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Tim Luther is a convicted felon and is currently on probation for fraud. He is to have NO fidicuary responsibilities with the business. He has written fraudulent checks to Waxwerks employees on for them to come back as NSF. And that's IF they even decide to "pay" their employees.

There have been numerous police runs to the business because they are not paying employees or because actual customers are having to call simply to retrieve their vehicle back from them. Tim and Princy are also using customer cars for their own personal use when the customer is having to leave their car for service for a few days.

Under no circumstances solicit this business any longer. That's if they are even able to open their "new location." Princy and Tim have manged to single handedly ruin a once decently run business due to their greed. Also, DO NOT let them talk you into opening credit with Acima.

They are upping the price of whatever it is that you need financed, securing the loan and then taking the difference of what the product is actually worth, and you're stuck with the monthly charge of paying back the loan.

JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CON OF A BUSINESS!!!!

 A friend of mine was ripped off by Waxwerks a few months ago. He sued the company and won a judgement against them. At the following hearing, he sued to try to collect his money via a proceedings supplemental. However, without certain information the judge could not order a garnishment, so he's asked me to help him find this information so his money can be recovered.
