 My wife and I purchased a Ford Escape from Watertown Ford on 4 / 20 / 15. We spent the entire day there and by the end of the day we were exausted and hungry. We found out when we got home they had lied about the advertised price and overcharged us by a thousand dollars. I complained to the salesman Sam who sent me to Al the finance mgr's voicemail Who never returned my call. We went back the following Friday for the sticker and registration. I again told Sam how disappointed we were about the dishonesty he again said he would tell his manager. I got no call back so I left a negative feedback on yelp. On 4/28/15 I got a response from Alex D. Who asked me to contact him about the review. I called him and he said what can we do to get you to change the review. I said give us the $1000 back. He Said "thanks for calling !" I asked him why he bothered to have me call ? He said "what do you want me to do I'll tell management!" I said to him when my phone doesn't ring I'll know it is Watertown Ford calling. Alex D. Was very condescending and bordering rude on the phone.
