Watch Repairs USA Watch Repairs USA.com you send in watch for repairs and they don't even respond to your emails or phone calls Rockville Centre NY
On July 2, 2018 I shipped my watch to Watch repairs USA for service. The crown was broken. They said they wouold provide a free estimate and it would be
shipped back to me after payment.
On July 10, they sent an email that my watch was received and they would provide an estimate for repair. A packing slip and pictures of the watch were posted
online on their web site. I have not received an estimate nor any word about my watch since then. My phone message and email message were ignored and no
one from Watch Repairs USA has contacted me. I also sent a letter which I also assume they will ignore.
Other watch owners have reported that their watches returned to them in worse condition than when they shipped them in the beginning. I invite them to file
complaints with the Bureau of Consumer Frauds & Protection in Mineola, NY.
