Complaint Review: Washington Estates Continental Communities - Washington Pennsylvania

where do i begin ther are so many things that have happened to all of the residents of continental communites that just leave us in shock and awe first of all the amount of lot rent we pay is so much we could afford a house payment .2 the neighbor behind me put up a fence and when he put the post in the ground he nicked a power wire it took a month for the lint to corode and brake we lost all power to our home and our trailer is all electric and this was in january we called the power man and he ran a test and told us that the line in the ground was broke somewere and that the power company was not lyable it was my landlord who was so i called and said they would come down the next day i never saw them then the next day i called them they came down and without looking at it the land lord said it was my box under the trailer and said it was my responibility and i told him what the power man said he disagreed so we froze for four days till payday when i called a electrician and indeed it was under the ground and he also told me it was the landlords problem but none the less he fixed it for $250.00 witch i had the neighbor pay and of course i had to talk to the neighbor and work the whole thing out because the land lore said he was not getting involved.

3 sept 17 the trailer park got flooded by hurricane ivan we had a foot of water in our trailer and one of the local furniture dealers donated a truck load of furniture to the flood victims because we lost everything instead of the land lord telling them to park the big rig full of furniture down in the park once they had it at the main office and during the night the land lord was spotted takeing furniture for themselves and instead of finding some way to distribute the furniture fairly she decided to call up the people she liked and give them first crack at it 3/4 of the park never knew about the furniture also there was no help offered to people by the land lord during the flood.4 there are so many drug dealers and drug deals that go on in broad daylight and the land lord will evict someone and then months later let them move back in to the park .

5 after the flood the trailers that were still on lots she bought cheap and resold to people for a profit alot of them with the insulation not changed or anything now what kind of person would do that and what kind of person would buy a trailer like that?and that is one reason why i would advise people not to live here if they get the chance .we got no help after the flood no free lot rent while people were getting back on there feet nothing also after the flood we lived with rubble all around us people called all the time to get them to clean it up but nothing was done till i went around with a petition none of the sewer lines were capped off the smell was terrible months went by before they came down and somewhat cleaned up the rubble and still to this day there is still ruble in the park from the flood ther are so many more things i could tell people about this place but i just cant type anymore it just ifuriates me i hope this is enough warning to any one thinking of living here
