Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I signed up forthe Warrior Forum about a year ago when I was research email marketing strategies and later wrote a series of books about emailmarketing (The Complete Guide to Email Marketing now on Amazon, Kindle, and Audible).  I went to the site a few times and then haven't accessed it for nearly a year, when I got  a notice my membership was expiring.  I wrote back saying I wanted to cancel and where should I go to do this, but I didn't hear anything, and then they put through a $97 charge.  I wrote back asking for a refund, but didn't hear anything and PayPal hasn't been able to do anything as yet.  Accordingly, I want to see if others have been affected in this way or had a bad experience on the forum.  From what I read here, there seem to be a lot of rip off online marketers using the forum.  I have written several books on scams and frauds (Scammed published by Skyhorse, Preventing Credit Card Fraud published by Rowman), and I am a Huffington Post columnist.  So I would be interested in hearing from others who may have been overcharged or otherwise had a bad experience with Warrior Forum.
