Warranty USA is a ripoff scam that victimized many consumers. Las Vegas, Nevada
We recieved a phone call from this company and purchased a warranty. We then followed their instructions to cancel after a few days.
As of yet we have not been able to obtain our refund of $300+. Upon researching the internet we discovered that we were not the only ones who were scammed.
I thank God that I did not lose as much as others. But FYI you can download a form @ www.nvb.uscourts.gov called Proof of Claim to try to obtain a refund, file a complaint by calling 1-800-252-8026 to be added to their list as one of the victims, and call 1-800-657-3787 to add your name to the attorney's list for the ongoing suit.
