We purchased a complete high end set of LG appliances in 11/09 for delivery and with 5 year warranty. The delivery day came and 2 of the 4 units were damaged beyond belief. The delivery guys stated this is a very common occurance as they are shipped from abroad, and they are never inspected prior to delivery. We had already donated our existing units to charity. This is where the problems began. The salespeople are never available to talk to and after being transferred to 5 or 6 people we were informed that the units were in stock but that they would not deliver them for 3 weeks. (remember we have no stove or refrig) and this is 5 days before Thanksgiving. After 3 days on the phone Joe Stellian got tired of us calling and agreed to ship out a stove from the scratch and dent store with no offer of a lower price for a damaged unit..after another 20 minutes he was so nice he gave us a 25.00 discount. Now a year later the stove no longer works (go figure) we called to repair 6 weeks ago today the repair guy has arrived with the wrong part for the third time. In short once Warner Stellian has your money they could care less about customer service. I have written them several times and have never received a response. I have bought from Home Depot and Lowes in the past and have received better prices and way better service after the sale. In short unless you like poor service and bad attitudes never go to Warner Stellian.
