This company is the worst place on planet to work for.You will be treated like S%^T. You will be expected to work 12 hours a day. You will be monitored. You will not be able to afford the health benefits. You will not get sick time. You will not be able to take a vacation of longer than a few days.
You will be questioned extensively. if you ask for any personal time off. There is a shop manager in there called Danny Bohannon who is a son of a b***h who is a paroled rapist who has a major anger problem towards women ( figures right????) The honeymoon lasts for about 2-4 weeks then the big bullshit sandwich appears. The owner is a jerk who sits in his office and spies on people with his hidden cameras.The hr lady is a c**t with rotten teeth who wears pants 9" above the ankles.
The bathroom is a pig pen. The pay sucks.No wonder they have such turn over paying people $8-$14
a hour. No parking, no lunch area no , no no , no nothing mc donalds or Wallmart is a better deal
they promised me; "sure well will train you to be a great machinist " After 8 months i soon saw through the great lie. Forget warmelin precision products inc. they are the BOTTOM OF THE BARELL.
