Warburg International FRAUD, SCAMS, LIES Atlanta Georgia
PLEASE BEWARE!!! Isreal Hicks aka Jabez Shakur aka Bryan McCoy Hicks is NOT a Business Consultant for Warburg International, he is a CON ARTIST!! DO NOT believe his lies! He will tell you that he is a commercial real estate investor, financial consultant, and if you're REALLY gullible, a banker on Wall St. and p/t Minister(smdh). Carla Lynne Gordon is NOT his accountant, she is his PATHETIC sugar mama and is the "brains" of the operation- he's just the slick-talker because she is socially awkward.
Their scam is pretty simple:
1- Bryan will pretend to date a woman and fake romantic interest-usually a single professional w/ med.brown to dark brown skin who doesn't wear extensions.
2- Once Bryan gains the woman's trust, he will introduce her to Carla while being VERY vague about the status of the "relationship".
3 - Both Carla & Bryan will try and convince her that they want to "let her in" on an "investment deal" for either an apt complex OR a hotel (probably a microtel). This will happen over lunch/dinner and A LOT of real estate and finance jargon you might not understand.
4- Bryan will try and convince her to take out a loan, borrow from her 401k, etc. to "invest" in this "property" for partial ownership.
A) If she doesn't do it, he will become VERY angry (possibly aggressive) and the "relationship" will end abruptly.
B) If she does, she will NEVER (and I mean NEVER) see a DIME of her money again.
*Google their names for mugshots, judgements against them, etc.
