Wang Gang Wrong & possibly counterfeit trainers received.....refund refused shanghai
A UK resident, I was looking for new trainers and found the ones I was looking for on the following website:http://www.freemanzflooring.co.uk/
I ordered a pair of Aidas 'SL 72' trainers in US size 12. I received Adidas 'Gazelle' trainers in US size 11. The trainers arrived in a plastic bag as opposed to a branded Adidas box & also have matching serial numbers - both are indications that the goods are counterfeit. I also discover the company I was dealing with is based in Shanghai, China, and is selling merchandise to the US, Canada, several European countries & Australia
Despite a Shippings & Returns policy on their website promising a problem free exchange or refund, when I contacted the customer service representative at [email protected] I received a reply as follows:
"I have delivered your e-mail and complaint to our manager,and have negotiated with our manager.After my great efforts to help you, the most refund we could do for you is 15% as compensation.And for your next new order,we will also offer you some best discount. Thank you for your cooperation!Ann" Of course, I am expected to pay for shipping back to China!
In addition, there appears to be no way to compalin to Google about this site appearing on their search list.
In conclusion, this is a company that refuses to abide by the basic consumer rights of the customers they are selling to & are quite likely they selling fake goods
