Called walmart connect to cancel my account because went to a high speed service through cable company this was in april on the 7th. i knew it was too late to stop the payment for april as they charge it on the 10th of the month to my checking account. got my checking account information and come to find out they charged me in may. just got done checking my cheking account again and they not only charged me for june, they also increased the price to 20 dollars. what can i do about this

Is your monthly bill automatically deducted from your checking account or do you send your payment via mail? If it's automatically debited each month, contact your bank and put a stop payment on your account for that merchant name and a dollar range from say 10-50 dollars. After doing this, contact Wal-Mart Connect and insist that you not only have your account cancelled, but that a confirmation that it has been cancelled be sent to you. Hope this helps!
