I was on the Walmart.com site when it erroneously and without warning charged my credit card that they had on file. I tried to stop the transaction from going through, but somehow they managed to take the money anyway. To add even more insult they sent the package to me after saying they canceled the order, so now I had to go through the hassle and expense of a returning a package through Fedex. Walmart now has the package back in their possession, but are saying now that it will take several more weeks before I get my "Refund". This is not a refund, they took the money without authorization, and should replace it immeadiately ! They have treated others before me to this mistreatment so I have to assume its their policy.

By your comment that your getting the run around I assume your losing tons of weight with this treadmill that's not even in your house.  Who'd of thunk.

Ordered a treadmill Sept. Started getting Delayed emails from FEDEX. After a week I contacted Walmart and they said it was lost and issued a refund. I said Id just buy it from a different seller then. 2 days later without my permission Walmart recharged my card again without my permission and magically the tread mill was on its way! I called, said no and I sent it back when it came. Since Sept17th I have been told a refund was being processed. Its Sept 29 and STILL no refund!They have the treadmill and I have gotten the run around with the service dept since the 17th. Its always "tomorrow" it should be in your account.Im fed up! Id give zero stars if I could!

There are a ton of time zones in this world but there is not one called "Melissa Time". The world doesn't revolve around you and you are not any better or any more "special" than the next person. Sorry to have broken your bubble and give you this SHOCKING NEWS but that's the way it is. You aren't the only customer they have absolutely there are procedures to go thru. Now I do understand your frustration because nobody is going to drop everything for Your Highness but maybe somebody can buy you a nice big ice cream cone to help you think about other things. Before you take that first list of the frosty delight, let me tell you in advance....I don't work for them. Now you sleep tight tonight!1

I hate Walmart, but this one’s on you. Their web site does not just magically process transactions I out of nowhere. You clicked on something. Maybe it was an accident, but your story does not add up.
