On Saturday 9/22/18, i purchased a no. of items from this store. It is a long way from my home, so i make a list and go there about once every 6 weeks. When i went to check out, 1) the self-check out machines had a problem and would only take cash, and 2) the one lit aisle/register had no one there, so i went there and waited. After a while, a young lady came over and said, oh, let me get some water, then i'll be back. After waiting, she rang me up but did not hand me my last bag of items. I got home and realized it, called for a manager, got bounced around to individual departments for 16 minutes. No manager available, but the person said i would have to drive back to handle a credit. I said i have the receipt, can't i just email it to you and get a credit? They said no. Later, i left Walmart Corporate an email of this problem and they said they would help, but instead just sent me a survey to fill out about how their customer service was. An Ast. Store Manager (Trista) called me later in the day and left a voice mail. I called her back, she was not there, but the person said no i have to come back to store. Corporate has said same thing. Instead, i will dispute the charge when the credit card bill arrives.  Walmart has been very inflexible and unhelpful in this matter. I have owned stock in Walmart previously and have been a good customer. I have since sold all my stock and will buy there only when all other options have been exhausted.

Walmart checkout uses carousels to fill the bags.  All you have to do when they are finished is glance at the bags and make sure you have them all.  After reading this complaint from other people, I actually timed how long it takes.  It takes between 5 and 10 seconds to make sure you have all the bags.

Just pay attention and you'll neve miss a bag.  You're fault, pure and simple.

 YOU are the purchaser and its up to YOU to know how many bags you get and up to YOU to make sure YOU get the correct number of bags! More positive proof of the decline of this society. Blame everybody else for your failures. Get out the puke bucket!
