I use to think the protection plan was great for cell phones back when they automatically sent you an e gift card. Now you have to file online and they will send a replacement product but watch out! They company/group who fulfills these orders might send you an item that won't work with your plan and then it will be a refurbished product on top of that. When you call customer service to complain they will try to send you back to the website unless its a weekend because then you can't get a human on the website so you can talk to a supervisor. The best they can do for you is send you a mailing label in 3 days (yes this includes email, I asked). Then once they receive the wrong device back they will send you a e giftcard only if you refuse to try the whole song and dance of trying to get another phone. They don't care that you have a life and that they are messing with it. Yes they might say 'I'm so sorry' but, if they don't say that they get in trouble. Worst service ever!
