TV unable to turn ON.  This situation first happened on 3/28. Called them asking for help and was told about the steps in order for them to attend my request.  I followed all their instructions.  From that day until I received back my TV were almost 20 days.  Same problem ocurred last night:  TV unable to turn ON.

Being a 70 years woman who lives alone, I explained to them that for me was a huge work to find a person to help me take the TV from the wall, them I have to wait for the box to ship it back to their offices and then to wait and find somebody again to install the TV in the wall.

I asked to speak with a Manager and told him that every company has a way to attend special cases.  From burocracy to common sense.  My TV cost was only $189.99.  Living alone, my TV is my only entertaiment.  To please understand and just send me a refund, instead of making me go to same agraviation I went on April, besides leaving me again w/o my TV for 20 more days.

He told me that that was impossible and that they could send a technician.  That Aruion will call me in 2 days to let me know if they were able to find a technician around my home.  He was not able to find it before that period.  And then, they did not know when can the technician we available to come.

It is very sad, that these companies do not have like a way to help older people that live alone and expend much more money than $189.99 to attend this kind of problems, when they already "repaired" it and same issue appears 2 month later.  Sad...Sad.

In this case, they prefer to expend more money instead of helping in an intelligent way.  

Really this call was very frustraring... when managers do not use their ability to attend special cases like this one.
