In March 2017 I bought a cell phone and the protection insurance. In August I filed a claim and my claim somehow wasn't processed. First a egift card (twice) and I didn't receive it, then a mailed gift card, again I didn't receive it and was told it was never mailed. Then November comes and I'm supposedly getting a check sent via Fed Ex. We're in the middle of December now and no check. I've been told 3-5 business days I've been told 7-10 business days, I've been told it was mailed out, I've been told they switched systems, I've been told it was never mailed out. I'm more mad than I know what to do with and I've seen several reports of them doing the exact same thing to other customers. This isn't ok by any means! It's a ripoff and a sham and obviously the supervisors are taught to lie to their customers.
