Walkfit Platinum, LLC refuses to refund money, out $65, crooks, liars, and cheats. SCAM!!! Rancho Cucamonga California
I purchased 2 pair of Walk Fit inserts on January 27, 2009 for $19.95 each. I was charged $19.90 for shipping. They were sent in a flimsy plastic paper envelope.
The inserts hurt my feet so I sent them back. I was guaranteed my money back if returned within 30 days. Lies, lies, lies.
They said to insure the package. I already got ripped off $20 for shipping to me, so I put everything in a priority envelope and sent it back in the 30 days.
When I got my credit card bill, there was no refund. I called the company and the first thing she wanted was the tracking number or receipt number. I said it did not cost $19.90 to send the inserts to me, and I was not going to waste any more money on this scam.
She said they had not received anything from me. That was a LIE, kept asking for the tracking number. They clearly lied about refunding money.
Now I have NO inserts, NO money, just a BIG FAT HEADACHE. HELP!!!!!!
