I visited Wal-mart tire and lube to get an oil-change and my tires roatated. I always go to Wal-Mart and I have never had a problem with them.... until this day. They rotated my tires and 5 minutes after I left the parking lot, my hub cap fell off. Not a big deal, but it is a big deal when you have had no problems with your 2002 Stratus tires or hub-caps. Plus, I just left the place.

Well, I call Wal-Mart and speak to Kevin who proceeds to tell me that it is in the policy to not replace hub caps because they are so inexspensive and replaceable.(Mind you- no where on my receipt did it say anything of such.) He said that they would take a picture of hub-cap and order me one.

2 weeks after the incident (with no replacement), I go to Auto Zone to buy my own hub-cap. The cheapest ones that they had were $25.00 (they looked like crap!), so I ended up paying $37.50 for a set of 4. (Inexspensive-huh?)

I started to think about and I thought F that...I took them back and got my money.

Here we are on week 3...no replacement/ You would think that they would bone up to mistake and give me a set to appease me and avoid me waiting.

This particular Wal-Mart sucks and all they care about is money...they don't know how to treat customers...I'm sure Sam wouldn't be to happy to hear this...moral of the story...make sure you get your hub-caps melted on in order for them to stay on...friggin' jerk Kevin!
