hello, i am an ex wal-mart employee of 10 years service.i worked in a massachusetts store.i watched the philosphy of management and above change drastically after the death of founder sam walton.the wal mart cheer"whose number 1"with the answer"the customer" became whose number one with the answer"payroll".i watched as full time employees were working 44 hours/wk and up,to where they were being sent home early before they reached 40 hours to preserve the stores payroll. this is from the nations largest monetary company larger than exxon, mobil, the first company to top the oil companies in over 40 years. now i will say this, the people who still work in home office, still seem to have the true wal mart spirit.so if you want action that is the place to go. i to am being charged for wsalmart even though i canceled it.
