I have made two online purchases from Waffle collectible iin December 2017 which were paid immediatly trough paypal.

One order was shipped but not delivered and returned to buyer as confirmed  from USPS Tracking Number: LZ161487876US

Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 4:08 pm on January 16, 2018 in TEMECULA, CA 92592.

When I asked for reshipping the seller reply with very rude language, even alluding that he would trash my order. I then asked for fur refund which seller argued upond, claim a 25% restocking plus shipping cost although the order was never shipped. I am copying below email exchange for the people to make their own opinion. 

This person is not only a disgrace, he is clearly unlawful.

Please propose another solution. You could for example ship with the other pending order #70228, at no extra cost.
