Vydox Premium Nutraceuticals, LLC Trial of $4.95 costs $89.99 Martinez Georgia
I ordered a 30 day trial of Vydox for $4.95 for shipping. Husband got shaky and nervous after taking, so quit after 3 doses.
2 weeks later, I see a charge for $89.99 on my bank account under Martinez. I called the number and found out it was Vydox. They said I didn't call and cancel after 14 day trial, so was being charged full price of 1 month supply.
I told them I saw nothing to say they would charge me $89.99 for the trial of $4.95 if I didn't cancel and asked for them to reverse the charge. They refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then they said no supervisor was available, but one would call me back within 24 hours. Of course, noone called.
I called back 2 days later, again asked for the charge to be reversed. They said they couldn't because I didn't cancel in time. I again asked for a supervisor. This time the lady said she was the highest supervisor I could get and she again refused to reverse the $89.99 charge. She wished me a good day and hung up.
I am livid with this company and their shady, hidden charges!
