Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Was laid off at current job, so decided some wages are better than no wages. I answered a call from Volt about a job I might be interested in, so I accepted the interview. In the beginning, they were helpful, and helped thru the 2 interview and TSA . Once hired, ,  it seemed as if you were no longer important. Now the job I accepted , is very hard labor, and very fast paced, but I could adjust . The new bosses are the best peple ever, and my work group are wonderful people to work with. The job itself, comes with no breaks at all. 5-6 hours of lifting 0 to 150 pound boxes over and over.in high heat. I decided I would go with it because not having a job, dont get you anywhere. When the second week came along and it was payday" No Paycheck ! So I called the volt staffing about the issue, and was told, they were having issues, and would make it a priorty to get it handled. Now I am at 5 weeks with no pay. I made over 300 phone calls, contacted their corporate office,

Finally went to the staffing agency itself, to end up making a call to the labor board. It was now 6 weeks in. without pay. I spoke to a few others from the agency I came from, to find out , we were all on the same boat. Finally after 6 weeks ,I recieved my paychecks, but instead of direct deposit to my personal account, they issued me a paycard thru their agency. The paycard is issued on a bank that closed permanantly. The bank in name had several location in my city, that are no longer in business. Now there are ATMs located in each mall that a person can go to, but with my location, that is a 35 minute drive to any of them to go there. I can use the card , because it is a prepaid debit card,at point of sale locations, but there is a huge charge for doing so. so I will be visiting the mall later today and see how that goes. They also said my schedule start time would be 11 am, but failed to mention that was only two days a week, that each and every week, your hours vary. Last thing is, I was hired for a 20 hour minimum work week, as of now I am working only 14-18.  If you decide to work for this company, just make sure, they have their information straight, make sure you ask about your wages, and make sure you discuss your hours, otherwise, you will have a problem. Me ,Myself.. movng on to a 40 hour company .
