Voicestream ....Poor customer service ..Fraudulent Billing!
Have had voicestream for three years and the last year has been pure hell. The customer service is so poor when I had problems with the service at a company store in Vancouver, WA I called voicestream to deal with it and the they filed a complaint against their own store because they are even rude to each other.
For the last six months I have been much more vigilant in going over every bill.The average bill has been almost twice as high as it should have been. Each time, after much wasted time on the phone, To hear voicestream, Oooohh I found the mistake so sorrrry. billed for $144??? jeez supposed to be only $88. Billed for $102??? jeez we'll correct that, supposed to be $50.
Oh, the 150 bonus minutes listed as available but not applied to your bill? you see, we didn't deduct them from your previous bills and had you pay instead and now their expired so even if their listed as available and we messed up and didn't apply them when we should have, too bad.
Let's see, we know you called and paid in full what we told you to you owed for the month but we've decided it's twice as much, so you now have a late payment and could affect your credit report. "Excuse me, I called voicestream and paid what you said to" No sir, you spoke to one of our employees, not to voicestream. "Soo Sorry, Would you please have Mr. Voicestream call me to discuss this when he has the time or maybe Jaime Lee Curtis."
I am really curious how many people trusted voicestreams billing and did'nt check their bills? and how many millions of dollars voicestream has collected knowing most people wouldn't check like I used to? I would be very interested in any information on class action lawsuit regarding voicestream. I find it hard to beleive there isn't one with all the complaints filed here and on planetfeedback.com, etc.
