To Whom It May Concern:

During my voicestream service I had many accounting errors. So many in fact that they would occasionally give me a free month worth of service. The bad news is, the next month I would be told I was behind a payment. (free service? dream on...)After many months of this I decided to use a different company.

I cancelled service in Sept of 2001, It is now Dec of 2001, the only things I have received are lies, rudeness, notices to send me to collection, and a migraine. They owe me my $500. deposit back, I owe them $54.

Several customer service people later, and just as many stories, I still don't have my money back. I have contacted the Attorney General of Idaho, The Better Business Burea, and every person I meet I tell them not to believe "Voicestream", the company who would rather keep your money than you as a customer.

You say you have a migraine? Go take a tylenol. I have a headache from listening to jerks like you all day, people who complain in and out. If you send in a rebate, you dont get that rebate back in 3 days. Your credit class required a $500 deposit. And guess what, to obtain service you agreed to a contract and you paid it. Read your terms & services. If you terminate before your year, that deposit belongs to us. Why dont you consider that the poerson on the other end of the phone might just have feelings, or care abour your situation. Then when you open your mouth, yak, blab, yell, scream, cry, moan, groan.. it only makes our job harder. We do not get paid to take verbal abuse.. how would you like it if we spoke the same way back to you? I could only imagine where that would go. As an employee of VoiceStream, let me tell you something. You have no idea what we go through, so dont bother to ask unless you can come to accept it's your own stupidity for not reviewing the contract you signed. And have a nice day!
