Voicestream has had service disruption for 18 days now (from 2/29/02 until today 03/16/02). It seems that throughout Texas, there are routing issues that they have not been able to deal with. I have called many times to request a resolution to this problem and was giving discounts and additional time to use, but no resolution.

After the 16th day, I called Voicestream's customer service once again, but this time to cancel my service. To my surprise, they are trying to charge an early cancellation fee even though they are the ones breaking the contract by not providing the communications that was promised.

I seem to be one of a smaller group that is in limbo with this routing problem: being able to make calls, but unable to recieve any. A pager does me more good at this time than a Voicestream cellular phone.

I called on the 6th, 9th, and 16th day trying to find resolution to my communicating needs, but it seems that along with the additional costs of purchasing another phone for another provider, I will also have to fund the early termination fee! I have a few descriptive words about Voicestream, but have chosen to keep them muffled.
