I order a lace wig on march 2 2013 I call first because i wanted to inquirer about the lace i wanted and could not get through, so i use the online service on the site, i did get a response it was Saturday and that number is ont valid on weekends so the representative gave me the number 1-678-705-9320 to contact them, I call and spoke to a Taya Roberts who process my order over the phone I pay for 2nd day air, well i receive the wig march 22 2013 nothing of what i order i contact lace wig the same day no response. I contact them through the site and received an authorization number to return lace wig.
Lace wigs received the lace back on march 26 2013 sign by a Roberts. Its is now may 2013 and have not received my refund of $295.17 left numerous e-mails and call no response.I have use the online service and when i mention about my refund they stop talking and went off line. Apirl 22 2013 i try again using the online service on site. talk to a representative and she supposively process the order for my refund and that it takes 7-10 business days. It is may 8 2013 and i have not receive my refund. I SEE the numerous compliants,lets work together to get our money back. People like this should now be running an online business where the consumers gets rip -off
