I have went back and forth with Vivid seats telling them I received an email saying "tickets were delivered by A and click accept tickets" when I do it says "ooops tickets were received by another email (which I don't have). They have told me I had to go to Live Nation or Ticketmaster and of course when I talk to them they say "you bought the tickets from Vivid so youhave to go to them! When I finally got someone on the phone again with Vivid they said the ONLY thing they could do was contact the seller and ask if he could do a re-transfer but there was no guarantee, of course I never received a re-transfer (whatever that mens)!
I am not OK with no one having to be held responsible and me being out $630 with NOTHING to show for it. I know that I'm not the only one this has happened to.
