I tried to get out of this business to no avail. I joined in June 30, 2008 I did write a 3 page leter to bank of america Coral Springs, Florida

To Whom It May Concern,
I attended a presentation on April 30 2008, given by Elite Getaways, 7663 wewt Sample Rd, Coral Springs, Florida 33065 VIP Travel Club. They were selling vacation plans for $9500. They said that we would be stayiny at 4 Star Resots anywhere in the world for $450 a wek. We would be able to get a 50% discount on airline flights. They also offered cruises at discounts. I ended up paying $4500. I purchased it on April 30, 2008 with my VISA card. I thought I had 3 business days to cancel and tried to cancel not knowing that they counted Saturday as a business day. On 5/5/08 I did send a certified letter of cancellation. There were too many discrepancies in what they told me and what services actuallly were available. I did call the Florida Consumer Affairs and there was 60 complaints. I would like a refund and would like to cancel. I do have a Membership Purchase Agreement which lasts a lifetime.
