I ordered Night Vision glasses in January 2018, 2 for the price of $59.99 which I paid for using my credit card. This amount refelcts as debited from my account. After 2 months they hadn't arrived so I contacted the company. Their support team apologised, and said they would refund the amount of $59.99. When it didn't appear on my statement I sent them another message, as well as phoned them. The person who answered the phone said it takes 5-7 days for the refund. I told her I was well aware that their company was a scam and that I was reporting them to the fraud department. She assured me I would receive the refund
