VIP MEMBER STORE ordered a backpack in February 2018 as of June 20th 2018 still have not received it or a refund as promised
Ordered a backpack on 2-11-18 and in April 2018 I called to asked where it was and they told me since it did not ship when scheduled I would get a refund and I could reorder the item. Seriously reorder it...umm nope I asked for refund. I have called 4 times since Aporil and each time I was told to call back in 2 weeks they are working on it. Also when I first ordered it it said buy one get on free which wasn't the case as I got charged for two.
