Vinesse Wine Club Didn't ship for 2 1/2 weeks and after 4 weeks still not here, Reps lied about shipment Westlake Village California
It's been four weeks since I ordered, website says will ship within 48hours, website says it shipped after 2 weeks but reps say it didn't actually ship until 2 1/2 weeks. Yet 2 weeks later from ship date it's still not here and they can't say when it will be here.
