Vincent J Firth Patricia A Firth purchased deceased parents' home with dishonest financial scheme ,along with his lawyer, Medford New Jersey
Not an honest bone in this man's (nor his wife's) body.
Vince and his lawyer created a contract in the early 1990's purchasing my deceased parents' home in PA with the intention of selling it for them, a slick twisted plan of sorts. If Vince (and Patricia who signed several later IOU's ) didn't sell it, my parents were to get the home back. He and his lawyer never filed the lien in the courts. He sold it to his parents. My parents lost their home.
I have inherited the 12-inch file of legal documents, contract after contract signed by them to repay the debt. Lawyer after lawyer went after them to no avail. The contracts state the debt is owed to the heirs. We are waiting for the check!
The federal hedge fund deal mentioned above finally affected them causing foreclosure of their own home in NJ. Technically they stole my parents home, so karma does happen.
