VIDEO TAN, ETC. RIPOFF! victimized many consumers DAYTON Ohio
On November 7, 2002, I went to Video Tan on North Dixie Drive to use time on my tanning package that I paid $127.00. The sign on the door said that this store was now closed. When I was there on Monday, November 4,2002, the store was fully operational and in fact was signing up new customers!
The owner and management had a legal obligation to halt any new customers in signing up and stealing their money, and they had on obligation to tell existing customers that they were closing the store!
Naturally, the Better Business Bureau will not do anything, they are also a big ripoff!
