 video professor On the 2nd day of April 2010 at 8:07 pm. I  Ordered VIDEO PROFESSOR to learn to run my new computer .I was told that I would only be charged the $6.95 for Shipping and Handaling.If for any reason I did not want it to call before the 10 day free trial and resive a verifcation number for return there would not be any ferther charges. Well I recived the product on the 5th day of April 2010. Not to bad I thought. Opened the box and started to read what to do, when I read that my computer did not meet the recommended system requirements I called on april 6 got the return authorization number put it on the outside of the package and mailed as instruted. was told there would be no ferther withdrawals from my account. Thought It was all taken care of. Then got my mail and found out that my bank account was overdrawon by $154.55.Called the bank asked what was up and was told that their was a electroic transfer of $189.00 on april 7,2010. Icalled the number the bank had for billing and was told I had not gotten the idem back on time. What happened to the 10 day free trial ? And why did they charge me after reciving a return number. I have been told that there will be a refund sent out in 30 to  60 days, but with all that has happened to this point I see no reason to wait and see if thay come through on their promises . Any one the is looking a Video Professorneed to find a differnt meams to get educated. Chicadee done wrong.
