HAVE WE LOST OUR MONEY??  I am afraid so!. Anyone waiting for a refund had better take immediate steps... I returned Videos on Mar 15th 2010, received an acknowledgement that Refunds would be processed 21-30 BUSINESS days after receipt. I have called and received the same information from a receptionist. Tuesday  April 27 I called and a recorded message said "call back in business hours" I called again an hour later 'office is closed". I immediately requested by Credit Card company to intervene. In the meantime I have $400.00 sitting on my card. TAKE ACTION NOW, this company looks as if  Video Professor has done a "runner"!

Please don't lose hope.  My wife also fell for this scam.  By the time we realized the "free" offer wasn't really free, we had been taken for $400 bucks.  She tried calling the company, but was told the ten day grace period was up.  Figuring the ebay disk was free, we never even opened the package in ten days.  We were told we should have (who the hell are they to tell me when I have to open my own mail!) and we would have seen the terms of the contract.  Listen, any legitimate company offering a free trial disk would have just sent the free disk, not tried to trick you with a crap load of expensive stuff hidden in the same box.  Anyway, they told us we were stuck with the package and billed us $400.  So you know what I did?  I disputed the charge with VISA and they sent me a complaint form authorizing them to go to bat for me.  Within three weeks I had my money back!  Every penny.  Then, just for good measure, I had my credit card changed so they couldn't access it again.  A lot to go through, but necessary when you are dealing with a company with this many complaints.
